The delivery time for your package depends on several factors, including your location, the shipping method selected, and current order volumes. Typically, orders shipped via our standard shipping option are delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of shipment. For expedited shipping options, delivery times may be shorter.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your package. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unexpected circumstances.

At JafraMart, we currently focus on serving customers within our domestic market. While we do not offer international shipping at the moment, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand our reach globally in the future. For deliveries within Dhaka city, the shipping charge is 60tk per order. If you're located outside Dhaka city, the shipping charge is 120tk for deliveries throughout the whole of Bangladesh. These shipping charges are applied per order, regardless of the number of items you purchase.
